For United States orders, we will accept returns for non-opened items in resell-able condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been discontinued or are no longer sold by us. The return period is precisely 5 business days from the time you received your order. You must call us and receive authorization prior to returning. Assuming you qualify for a return, you will be given an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package you are returning. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a flat handling amount of $7.99 before applying your credit. The packaging material charge is non-refundable. Refunds take up to ten business days from the time we receive the merchandise back.
All sales are final on orders shipped outside of the United States, and orders placed with a money order or check. Please read our shipping page for more information on shipments to your country. There are no refunds for any reason on orders shipped outside of the United States.
