How do I know ordering through your site is safe?
We use 128-bit encryption to ensure your data in transmitted securely. When you go to check out you will see a small padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. This tells you that our website is secure.
Do you do have any type of Auto Ship Program?
After you have placed your order you will be given an opportunity to have your order shipped to you at a periodic interval of your choosing if you click on the YES button. If you choose the YES option and would like to cancel future shipments we require 5 business days advance notice before your next shipment is due to be shipped. Your cancellation communication must be made by email or person to person contact by phone.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the US and Internationally as well. Odds are that we ship to your location.
What is your backorder policy?
If a product is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you via email. We will charge your card once the product is in stock and immediately ship your item.
