I have been using Maxi Vitamins for 5 years after being recommended by my Eye Doctor and Retina Specialist. It helps to prevent dry eye, and hopefully will aid in combating Macular degeneration as it is in my families blood line. My mother and father had it starting at 65/67 years old. I am currently past that and my vision is great, no signs of macular degeneration since my last exam.
