Directions:
- Insert the spray tip inside one nostril while holding the other nostril closed with your finger.
- Pull the trigger/squeeze the bottle and gently sniff the formula inward. If your symptoms seem to persist, follow up immediately with 1-2 more doses in each nostril.
- If your headache is located farther back in your head, you may need to tilt your head back as you sniff the formula in so it can reach the area from where you pain is originating. This may be the method needed for some migraines and menstrual headaches.
- For cluster headaches and sinus headaches located near the front of your head, you nay not need as much of a dose as required with headaches originating from farther back. With a cluster or sinus headache, sinusbuster will work with just one spray most of the time. Q. WHEN I USE SINUS BUSTER IT MAKES MY NOSE EXTREMELY RUNNY. SHOULD I BLOW MY NOSE AFTER I USE SINUS BUSTER?
A. You should blow your nose before you use Sinus Buster and you can blow your nose after you use it, however if you feel that you've just blown most of the formula out along with mucus, you can go ahead and use more. I would keep repeating this process as a runny nose means you are getting the bad stuff out.

Q. I have a 12 year old daughter who suffers from sinus problems, is your product safe for her to use?
A. Although we are sure Sinus Buster is safe for people of all ages. I would consult a primary care physician before giving a child 12 and under any health related product.
Q.I have polyps and I was wondering if your product would have any affect on me. My father had surgery but they grew back and I don't see the point of going through that pain if they are going to grow back.
A. So far we have seen great success in Sinus Busters ability to stop the re-growth of new polyps, however the Jury is still out so to speak on the effect it has on pre existing polyps.

A. We cannot guarantee how sinus buster will help you but we can tell you there are no drug interactions and no side effects. It should help with your headaches and other sinus symptoms, which after correction should stop the post nasal drip. Sinus Buster is safe to use everyday for long periods of time. There are no known side effects.
Q. What is the Shelf Life of Sinus Buster?
A. Once sinus buster original bottle is opened, it will weaken within 3-5 months depending on how you store it after opening such as if it is stored in heat, light, frozen temps, and tightness of cap, etc...If stored, sinus buster should be kept between 50 and 70 degrees. Some people keep extras in the fridge and tell us this also increases storage time. The ONLY ALL NATURAL nasal spray made with capsaicin. We are unique because in most other products the active ingredient is included at high amounts in parts per million, but in our situation the amount of capsaicin that can be used in a nasal spray is so minute that it's hard to keep it from oxidizing within a matter of months.

A. Yes it all natural and is safe, but being that you are breast feeding - I would still consult with your doctor since all situations can be different.
Q. I was wondering if this medication is safe for a person that has many allergies to pollen, trees, grass, ragweed, molds, dogs, and cats. I previously had sinus surgery and I am now suffering terribly. I just finished antibiotics which has not worked and hate the thoughts of Prednisone again. PLEASE ADVISE. I AM desperate. A. Although we suggest you check with your doctor before use especially if you have a lot of medical issues, but sinus buster is safe for such conditions and is recommended. It also appears to help curb the re-growth of nasal polyps after surgery. Definitely ask your doctor though because you should wait until your surgery has completely healed before use. Sinus Buster is a natural supplement and does need FDA approval. They do not officially recognize any statements we make about sinus buster, BUT we do have to follow all FDA rules concerning supplements, packaging, advertising, and handling and we follow all these rules to the letter of the law. Q. Can your product be used in lieu of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride?
A. You should always check with your doctor, but yes. Many people wean themselves off Oxymetazoline by using sinus buster as a replacement. Of course you will have to use sinus buster more often than OXY, but it is safe to use as needed.
Q. I am very interested in your product, but I am concerned about the "high" it produces. Does this "high" increase blood pressure and heart rate? Is this formulation safe for heart patients?
A. What it does is naturally releases endorphins momentarily on a very low level. There is a tiny amount of capsaicin within the formula, and so it doesn't pose any known problems with blood pressure, etc. In fact capsaicin is well known to have positive health effects on blood pressure and circulation.
Q. I have a question. My nose runs all of the time. Which one of your products do you recommend that I use? I have had the problem for at least two years.
A. Our metered dose bottle would be the way to go since it delivers a fine mist and won't run down your throat. At first you will experience some running as the spray initially clears you out, and then as it relieves swelling in the sinuses, your condition should vastly improve within a10 days of regular use. You will also build up some immunity to the pepper bite the longer you use it, but the formula will continue to work. You should use as needed for sinus symptoms, but also put yourself on a daily regimen of using buster (2-3) times daily with one 1 or 2 doses per nostril each time. Definitely use it before bed and in the morning.
